I wrote a long review which was deleted. They didn't do a great job basically. And when I asked them to fix my hair, they refused to do so. Very poor customer service. Don't go here.

You are clearly experts in colour and the most friendly, caring and warm team I have ever met. Best hairdresser in Melbourne. Vicki & Rita are friendly and more importantly talented hair dressers. Have been coming here for 20 years and now drive from the other side of Melbourne. Never been disappointed.
