If you want a good turn around for your car, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Been waiting for over 3 months now for a car to be repaired under insurance. Every week there’s a new excuse. They give me a new day each week when the car will be ready.From what I’ve been told, these guys are so backed up with other jobs that they can’t keep up. You’ll be told they’re waiting on parts also. Yet, I’ve contacted multiple crash repairers that have told me they would have parts within less than a week. But this could be also because they may not order in OEM parts.I’m sure the quality of work that they provide is impeccable. However, please be mindful if you’re looking to have a fast turn around for your work.

Megan and the Team were fantastic. My car came back better than new. Nothing was too much for them. Always courteous and eager to help. I will give them 10 out of 10 and would willingly reccomend them.

BEYOND HAPPY with my experience!Yes it could 6 months for my car to be fixed but that is down to parts supply from Germany! All the staff I spoke to on the phone, Jodie, Megan and the rest are super lovely! I would have called at least 100 times over the 6 month period but they were always happy to follow up and provide answers and info about the various stages my car was at. They gave me lots of help after hours when the car was first delivered to me and they really want above and beyond for me. Thankyou to all the people that worked on my car, she is my pride and joy and im glad to have her back looking better than when I first got her.

My Vehicle has only been with this Assessor/Repairer for a few days, but they have provided more customer service than my own Insurer and previous “recommended” assessor for the past 6 weeks!!!GCCC have kept me up to date, and have constantly answered all my questions without a doubt, also by being open and upfront with what to potentially expect whilst being sympathetic with me during this period.I am so glad that previous customers convinced me to fight for my vehicle to be taken to GCCC. I can’t wait to see the work from the team, and to have to have my vehicle back on the road!

Really poor communication. Our vehicle was taken there by insurance in early April, got it back a little over a month later with 3 parts still to come in. We have had zero communication from GCCC since getting it back awaiting parts. Multiple calls to them to find out what is happening with the progress with promises of a return call that never happen. Multiple calls to the insurer that get nowhere with them either. Get better. Don't take on so much if you can't deal with the customers you have. Don't say the part should be in tomorrow and we will call you back if you have no intention to and just don't know.Update as of December 19. Repairs still not completed from April. Still no return calls from Gold Coast Collision Center. :(

Used Collision centre to repair my vehicle. Explained to their team I could only afford to be without my vehicle for minimum time due to using the vehicle to run my business. Car was repaired in minimum time, looks better than new and had clear communication from the staff throughout the process. Thanks Collision centre, would recommend.
