Far from up front and honest. Was given one price for quote which needed up being more than double for the same agreed scope of work.Work was done as expected, but just make sure you have agreed on prices before proceeding.

Michelle & Daniel at Mobile Gear were amazing to deal with. I needed a screen replaced for my Google Pixel 6, they ordered in the hardware, which I assumed would take a week, however it was there the next day & it was fixed within 24 hours. They were friendly, efficient & my phone is now working perfectly. Thanks to you both for making this an easy fix.

I had a great experience at Mobile Gear when I got my iPhone's battery and screen glass replaced there in Jan 2022. The staff, a lovely lady and a man, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Over a year later, my new battery is still working perfectly. Additionally, it was a pleasant surprise that they included a chocolate bar with my repaired phone - such a cute touch! Overall, I highly recommend Mobile Gear for their quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
