Had my hair cut by Hayley and she did a good job. I have had plenty of expensive hair cuts in the past (Brisbane/Gold Coast/London!) and wasn't happy with it. Hayley listened and made me feel comfortable.

Abby and her team are amazing! They make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. Customer service is excellent, very friendly environment and the way she manages to tame my unruly hair is phenomenal. Absolutely love coming here to relax and be pampered a little.

I seen Bella at the ivy room after I poorly attempted to give myself a haircut. She did such an amazing job fixing it and all the girls were so welcoming and kind. Definitely recommended.

My first visit, so was feeling nervous as I am fed up with all the bad haircuts while trying to find someone who keeps up with trends & is a good cutter. I needed someone who knew what she was doing and that's what I got. Abbey was THE best! She totally understood my needs and was gracious enough to put up with all my chatter and her bubbly personality was lovely. The whole experience was a well needed infusion of goodness into my life. I fully recommend the Ivy Room, it doesn't disappoint - oh yes...they even have cappuccinos ...lol
