MyPlace by Advantage Air

Jacob came to my property to install a MyPlace remote garage door, he was a very polite & professional technician.He executed the work required of him with no fuss, he cleaned up after the job was done, proceeded to show me as to how the app worked, and made sure that I understood it.I have been very impressed with the process from start to finish, and would have no hesitation to in promoting this company.A big shout out to the entire team.Thankyou.

I was impressed by the support Josh provided for the e-zone system, even though the issue turned out to be the firewall on my phone. The system itself is amazingly simple to set up and use. Highly recommend these guys.

Advantage air not so much, installers were good, Choosing MyPlace when arranging things for the new place was a huge mistake. I would never use it again or recommend it to anyone.

No customer service in SA. Wanted upgrade, the customer team just asked me google installer by myself.

Quick response from the technical team to resolve my issue. They came the same day I called. I love Myplace and I don't know how I lived without it.

Dan was very helpful with his knowledge of the MyPlace system for my aircon. He was also very helpful with the updates for it & showed me how to get the app on my phone so I can now turn it on & off remotely. Very happy with the service.

Joshua was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was he incredibly informative and knowledgeable, he was professional and put us at ease. I highly recommend him and this company. We were made to feel like there most important customers and all our questions were answered

After looking into this heavily as we are in an older house we decided to update our house to MyPlace. I must say the outcome is way better than I expected - it was definitely worth it. A massive issue for us was that we live on a corner block and could never remember if our garage door was closed - MyPlace sends us a notification to our phones if the garage door is left open! Also I would like to commend Ben from Advantage Air - we knew our house wasn't going to be an easy job but Ben was polite, professional, punctual and cleaned everything he did, he is a credit to AA. We are also really happy with the Mylights component especially with little kids leaving lights on all the time. Thanks Advantage Air we love it.
