Do not use Barlow to manage your rental property! Tenants left my property in the dirtiest state ever. Left so much stuff outside and basically left the cleanup to me. I was never alerted to the true state of the house and only once they appointed a new mgr was I made aware. I took immediate action to evict them. $20k later property has been given to another agent!
