Barra2Billfish Fishing Charters

We've had a wonderful awesome experience with Richard, this is a MUST DO if you're at Airlie Beach and looking for a charter experience. Look no where else because Barra 2 Bill Fish is the only place you should be going with. Richard is a top bloke, down to earth, easy going and also highly experienced. We chose to do the island fishing charter with a group of six and caught plenty with Richard's help. This is an amazing and unforgettable experience for us.If you're looking for a charter experience, give them a ring to chat more. They pick us up from the location, took us out, had food prepared for us as well as clean all fishes that we've caught. We had the most amazing time out there and it was even better thanks to Richard

Went out on a private charter with two mates. Didn't get hooked up to any GT, but Richard tried his guts out trying to get us onto fish. Hr took us out wide to bottom bash as well, and we caught some big ooglies. Thanks again Richard, we will be back.

Not that great, our day was supposed to be a full day but he cut us short at 2pm and still charged us full price. Didn't catch much than a couple undersized cod.

Richard was highly recommended by a couple of other operators in the area that weren't going out due to the weather. Richard took myself and another guy out on the river and got us on to some great Threadfin Salmon, Barramundi and I even caught a shark (not intentional but certainly a box ticked!!) we also caught a few mud crabs for dinner!He is an awesome guy and made the day really enjoyable with plenty of advice, tips and laughs! I will certainly be giving him a call the next time I'm in the area and would recommend him to anyone looking for a fun filled day catching some delicious fish for dinner (for that night and several after!)10/10

Got recommend barra 2 billfish for our fishing charter experience by our hotel and got talking to some locals who also spoke very highly of barra 2 billfish. So need less to say i had very high expectations.Basically i was blown away by how amazing the day was, Richard has almost 30 years fishing knowledge/ experience and it defently showed putting us on the fish time after time.Small groups of 4 to 5 people means you actually fish and not take turn holding a rod for 30 min intervals.Was a stand out day would highly highly recommend.

Great charter. Full day private charter. Hooked multiple GTs and Mackerals and some small size long tail tuna. We even got a monster 40KG+ GT. My wife is new to lure fishing and she also landed a 7kg gt! I would definitely come back next year!

My husband and my son went on this charter this week with Richard and they loved it that much that they booked it 3 days in a row. They caught heaps of different fish and said it was the best charter they had ever been on so they highly recommended it. Well worth the money spent.

Richard was great, he really knew what he was doing and was working hard the whole time to put us on the fish. I went with my sister and her husband and although the weather wasn't ideal, he made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We would definitely go back and happily recommend if you're in Airlie!

Great time!! Very professional and put us on the fish. Took care of everything from picking us up from our apartment to cleaning the fish, all we had to do was through it on the barbie and enjoy. Even if we got skunked it was well worth the boat ride. Spectacular scenery that you would not see any other way. If you're in Arlie beach don't miss barra2billfish.
