Very professional. Luke always kept me up to date during the conveyancing process. He always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. Nothing was ever a bother. He even helped the tenant secure another rental property.

I am in the final stage process of buying a house through Ray White Rural at Quirindi and would personally recommend them. I have found Luke Scanlon who has been handling the sale to be very professional and honest about everything ( a rare combination these days ) regarding the sale. As it is my 1st house buying experience Luke has never hesitated to answer any of my (many) questions regarding procedures that have to be followed during the buying process. We were moving from outback QLD to the area for work. As you would find in the area, to get a property with any amount of land suitable for horses, you are very lucky. They absolutely helped us out, and we are so grateful, we did end up seeking a property with land. The only downer was we were initially only able to sign for a 6 month term, but hopefully we can secure our rental for longer. I used to work as a property manager and it's a bloody hard job, i really appreciated their help and would recommend them if you were a renter, owner, buyer or seller :)

Extremely unprofessional disgraceful behaviour. Would put in 0 stars if I could. We had negotiated a price for a block of land via an agent from this agency. We were led to believe that everything was proceeding as planned, but on the day we had to transfer the deposit to the agency's trust fund, the agent refused to give us the details of the trust fund on multiple occasions and then became unreachable. The vendor's solicitor was equally perplexed as they had not been notified of any change in plan. All of this transpired on a Friday and it was on the following Monday, after our solicitor made further enquiries, that we realised that we had been blindsided and the agent had accepted a deposit from another buyer on the Friday!! All we are left with now are shattered plans, a bill to pay our solicitor and a very bitter taste in our mouths!! Please beware of making any dealings through this agency!!

Luke was great to deal with, great communication when selling our house. Would highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about Donna, Luke and the team at Ray White, Quirindi! The small town treatment reminded me of where I grew up and it was reassuring I was likely not going to be fed BS just to get a sale. They were professional, yet in a very warm, country charm way. Both Donna and Luke were kind enough to spend a couple hours showing my family and I around a number of properties, gave us authentic local info on site and ultimately were good on their word to come back to us when a property became available again. Much respect and highly recommended! Thanks guys.
