White Lady Funerals Epping

Absolutely disgusting what the white lady employee said to a widow at the funeral. I still can’t believe it. They shouldn’t get involved in family issues especially from a family that has no empathy or morals. Do not let this mob be in charge of anything. We must of had the same lady as charlotte as per her review below!!

My experience with white lady was very mixed, the venue was beautiful and I wish I could say the same about the people, one in particular.As a day filled with grieving people you would think the ladies would be respectful and lovely.This one lady in particular was very rude. First she spoke very rudely to multiple members of my family, this was displayed by rushing us to sit down because “they are waiting on us” while we just go into the room. She then shoved through a conversation and clapping very loud into my ear, shouting “I don’t see anyone moving”This had occurred 2-5 mins after this lady had asked us to say our final goodbyes, I would understand if she would give us a 10-15 minute warning as there was around 100 people at this venue.

What a fantastic company!! The preparation and the service for my mother was so professionally attended to. I cannot thank Lucy enough. She was a shining light throughout the whole process. It seemed like we had known her for a long time. Whilst she assisted me and my family during this sad time she also made the process much easier than we imagined. Lucy, you’re a Gem. I cannot sing your praises loud enough. Thanks also to Amanda for her service on the day.

The ladies at Epping were amazing. They helped us through everything for our mum. On the day of the memorial it was so clam and beautiful. If we could give them more stars we would.100/100 Blessed Be. Many and Sally Ainsworth

Megan and the team from Epping did an outstanding job on the funeral of my late father Krste, they were very professional and caring and also the limousine driver Regan was also fantastic, I would highly recommend them and rate their services a 10/10, amazing!!!

White Lady Funerals were understanding, supportive and caring, nothing was too much trouble, they accommodate for every need, even contacting me after the funeral to make sure I was ok and personally delivering a special request I had made, aswell as contacting the coroner's on my behalf after they were giving me the run around about the death certificate. Unfortunately we have had a few deaths in the family and we went with, White Lady Funerals everytime, I wouldn't go anywhere else. White Lady Epping handled my father's funeral with great sincerity, dignity and compassion. In this time of sadness, I feel comforted knowing we gave Dad the best possible farewell. I highly recommend their services.

In a time of need when you need a caring organisation to guide you though the funeral process these ladies struggle. Having to chase and prompt when grieving is not what is required. White Lady were engaged to lead the way and ensure that the days leading up and the day itself went without issues. Unfortunately this was not my experience of White Lady. Just not good enough. Tobin Brothers ran the service for my father last year and they planned and guided us without fault. DO NOT TRUST White Lady WITH YOUR LOVED ONES FUNERAL
