Jaq at Ruah is an absolute angel! She is not only professional but personal. I tell everyone about her and her business. Jaq is amazing in her knowledge and understanding of anything I tell her related to my skin and takes the time to talk you though everything she is going to do during your treatment and after. She is as quiet as a mouse during your treatment allowing you to completely unwind!I couldn’t recommend Ruah enough! Treat yourself.

Loved my first skin needling experience at Ruah Orangic. Jacqueline is so passionate and it shines through in how treatments are given. I felt very at ease as I was talked through the whole process. I’ve had a few skin needling sessions with Jacq, I cant recommend her knowledge and skills enough. My skin is at its best after having skin needling, along with using her dermaviduals bespoke products. Being a nurse during COVID and wearing PPE and N95, Jacq has supported my skins ever changing conditions. I have also had dramatic scar and pore size reduction thanks to the needling, I am glowing for weeks after every session!

Jaq really took the time to get to know my lifestyle and skin concerns before making recommendations for what I should be using on my skin. She gives great facials and massages which leaving you feeling so relaxed, and she really takes her time so you don’t feel rushed at all. I’ve had both the level 1 facial and the hair and scalp enhancement which I would highly recommend. Thanks so much Jaq!

My skin has never been better. The change that I was most surprised about was the change in texture. I didn’t even realise how bumpy my skin was prior to seeing Jacq until after being consistent with my custom skincare, it was noticeably softer and smoother. The Ruah experience is warm, inviting and definitely something I aim to incorporate into my months consistently.

I recently had the ocean glow detox at ruah with Jacqueline and it was by far the best treatment I’ve had with her. She makes it so nice and relaxing and really knows what she does. I felt so relaxed and not rushed at all. I would 100% recommend this treatment and would recommend her other treatments as well

As always a sanctuary. Whether for an eyebrow makeover or a ritual, always leave feeling light, taken care of, pampered and smug in the knowledge no nasties have gone anywhere near my skin. Id coke daily if I could. Can’t recommend Jacq and her nurturing talents enough.
