Gotta view menu and order from the QR code on the table. Not too many staff but the food still came pretty quickly and the sweet potato fries with peri-peri seasoning was really good. It was soft and fluffy and topped with lots of seasoning. Seating area was clean and the wait staff are also helpful with the ordering process.

Love this place, it's a regular spot for me when I'm in the CBD and need an easy, quick sit-down-meal. Love their chicken and their Peri-Peri chips never fail to satisfy me. I recommend Nando's to my friends and family.

Decent quality food with the menu including a wide range of food items across starters to main course. Peri peri chicken is very popular here. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. We also ordered a combination of quinoa super food with salad and peri Peri chicken which was good.

Called into Nando's early evening Monday 24/01/22 & very few diners inside when we arrived. Great meal choices from the menu planner & after ordering we waited approximately 15 mins to be served. The food was well cooked & large portions, delicious in taste. Plenty of seating either outdoors or inside. Fantastic service from a friendly team & excellent value for all the food & drinks.

Had whole chicken and regular chips. Chicken skin was too burnt but flavour was okay!Customer service should need to improve.

What on gods green earth has happen to this store??? The last 2 times I have ordered through Uber have been the absolute worst experience of my life.What do you have in place for quality control? Do your staff care at all about standard of food? Or is there just zero care?Chips: pack was half empty (photos sent to Uber) they were cold and mushy and had barely any peri peri salt at all on them. And the chips are never like this when I have ordered from Newmarket.Wrap: so tightly wraps and smushed together. Chicken was cold and you could tell wasn’t fresh, smothered in the sauces to the point it was soggy. All just thrown into a bag and handed to a Uber driver or smashed it all further into a tiny back pack.This is not worth the money at all. And it is very very very clear not a single staff member on tonight has pride in the food the do or have any care. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but it’s a matter of cost/ safety and just general standards.Not good enough

We ordered a 1/4 chicken meal and the lady was really nice and she gave us a half chicken! Service was quite quick compared to usual Nando's. The salad was also really good and they provided two types of salad dressing.

I ordered 1/4 chicken and requested for leg/thigh part. The gave me the breast/wing. I said it wasnt what I ordered (I know, it'w not be a big thing for some but it's the principle of it). Manager said they have limited number of chicken already. I explained I specified it when I ordered. My partner said, if we order a new one and specify leg/thigh, will we get that? They said yes of course and gave us just that. Im sooo confused.

Always loved Nando's. Their quality is still pretty good considering it as a fast food restaurant. Although, I had to wait around 45 minutes for my food as there was only one server and two kitchen people at this busy restaurant, I won't complain much. The server was very lovely and well behaved. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the food and that is all that matters here.

Not a Nando’s I’d ever go back to!!! Firstly was greeted by two Bin Chickens in the restaurant! We were then greeted by a member of staff, who told us we could sit where we wanted! However, by the pictures we couldn’t! This is just a few pictures of the tables that were occupied by empty plates and left over food!It seemed like these plates hadn’t been collected in some time as flies were seen nibbling on remains of people’s food!After taking my seat, my girlfriend and I waited over 25 minutes for staff to give me a drink as they were chatting and laughing away together!Other customers seemed to be getting annoyed by the staffs lack of customer service as we spoke with one customer who stated he walked up to get his own food!When my halloumi arrived it was burnt and flavourless! My overall experience was not great and wouldn’t recommended!
