Joao is a great fitness instructor! Always with a smile, he makes you feel happy and motivated during the workout. He is very professional and precise with his instructions. The class is cleverely planned, he varies the exercises from class to class and work beautifully with music. Being a yoga teacher myself, I think it's a perfect complement to a yoga pactise and I would recommand it to anyone who look for high intensity training, keeping your body strong&healthy!

J is outstanding at what he does. His energy and enthusiasm are so contagious, even through a zoom class. I always look forward to his HIIT classes, they are a fantastic way to workout. Can’t recommended him highly enough!

You don't finish one of Joao’s classes without a smile – that’s because he is full of passion for what he does and full of motivation to encourage you! I have been doing Joao’s HIIT classes three times a week since March, on Zoom during lockdown. The classes are fun, never the same, with a great playlist of songs which are streamed through Zoom seamlessly. It’s great to have a routine and join him for real time classes as opposed to doing workouts on You Tube – I find these less motivating and the fact that Joao’s happy face is waiting for you each morning motivates you to get up and get on with the class. They start the day off perfectly, the timing is great as I can get up, do the class, have a shower and be dressed and ready to log in for work at 9am. Joao has embraced change and spun it around to help himself and his clients – he has invested in the ‘new world’ by getting a proper mic, streamed music and professional lighting. He offers a truly professional product which I feel lucky to benefit from despite being across the other side of the world to him.
