Nepean Diagnostics

My 5 month old son at the time had 2 ultrasounds done back in November on the 30th.The waiting room is small but well ventilated and clean. I was greeted quickly and I didn't have to wait too long to be called. The lady who did the ultrasound was so calming and sweet towards my son and I. unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she alone earns 5 stars on her customer service.I called back the other day to get the results sent over to another medical centre and they sent it through straight away.

Had a CT scan done earlier today. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional. Overall operation was slick. Could not have asked for better.

I recently had some scans done at Nepean Diagnostics and I can safely say this is the best place I have been to for this. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The customer service from Rachel as soon as I entered the clinic was next to none. She was so friendly and thorough in what she does. This alone is worth five stars

Had an image guided injection done there and they were excellent. Very nice and competent people and I didn't even have to wait long. Free parking as they validate your parking ticket too. Thank you all.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly.Highly recommended.
