Meat wasn't bad taste. Go to meats. Only meat that was hot was chicken. Other meat was cold. Mac & cheese was cold. Chips cold. Not good. Floor need cleaning. Toilets need cleaning. Won't be back. Poor hygiene standards.

Best value lunch in Perth! $12.95 with a choice of two meats (I recommend the brisket and the chicken but the sausage and pulled pork are awesome too) and two sides (the beans are my fav but the mash and corn are great too, and nothing wrong with fries, potato salad etc).Get involved. It’s fantastic.

What a surprise it was to find this place, and I cannot understand how we had not heard of it before from anyone. It was fantastic. Great food, terrific layout and vibes, and good prices. I can’t wait to find more excuses to go back with friends, it should be the talk of the town.

The Cajun wings were really good! Nicely smoked wings, good seasoning. They are small but tasty! The dip that comes with it is tasty too, it tasted like a sour cream and chives and onion dip.

The $10 Wednesday cheeseburger & fries special is fantastic value. Portion was generous, cheese was melty, fries were crispy and perfect. I added the bottled BBQ sauce on the table to my burger to give it an extra kick. Service was also super friendly. I'll be back soon!

A good dining experience for our family. We had a birthday celebration and we enjoyed the food. Orders are placed and paid at the counter. Food was delivered on a big plastic tray. All foods are served in a disposable containers including, cheese and mac, ribs, mashed potatoes and chicken. Their buffalo wings comes in different flavours and sizes. Drinks are refillable, bringing one's cup has an additional discount. Diners are given waxed paper that serves as the plate, all cutlery is disposable. Free unlimited white bread to be paired with pulled pork and ribs. Big servings enough for sharing.

Feels like a scene out of an American outback diner. Amazing meats - OMG those ribs are the best - and a fun atmosphere. Site could use a bit more dressing up, and would be nice if all the lights on the main sign worked. Service is friendly, but the whole we'll serve you at the cash register" idea is cumbersome and leads to long waits. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. Recommend the $65 BBQ platter."

Went there for lunch for the first time. We asked the server and they explained that we have to order first to the counter and get a table number afterwards. We ordered 200g moist brisket, sausages, honey wings, mac&cheese, fries and a bottle of water. We also got complimentary bread. Fries and wings delivered to our table afterwards. I love everything that we ordered, and it cost us $68/ 2 people. Pretty much the same with the $65 set menu, without water.

I was trying to find a fault somewhere in the system but couldn’t find any. They have everything just right here at franks.I had pork ribs which were the best I’ve had from a smoked house venue, the rub was perfect.The brisket patty burger was great also. I’ve never had a brisket patty before so it was different but nice.The prices were the best I’ve seen anywhere in Australia and if u read my reviews I’ve been to a few places.The venue itself was perfect, it wasn’t over the top Texas but just right in having a rustic style and super family friendly.The drinks weren’t over the top as in names, prices and mixes. And soft drinks I think were free.I have a few more places to check out in Western Australia to check out but I’ll definitely be going back here.Thanks guys for the incredible night and great food.

The flavours were there and this could have been so much better if everything was fresher. Unfortunately it was all pre-cooked and heated up so definitely didn't have the delicious bbq taste. We got the bbq platter which was the best value for money plus buffalo wings and dirty fries. Daughter had a burger which she liked but couldn't finish, definitely would be great if they did a kids burger. The most delicious thing we had was the dirty fries, the cheese sauce was to die for. Everything else was Unfortunately a bit dry and tasted reheated.
