Bonza Plumbing

We had Bonza Plumbing fix our rental property and he was excellent! Great service and very nice. The price was affordable and he did an awesome job! Would recommend him to everyone I know!

He appears to be ok but just don't expect to have him turn up with items you specifically requested he install. It cost me almost $300 hundreds more to get the very same things I had originally requested and then he stuck me with a $300 bill. I'll be finding someone else with more experience next time.

Way overpriced - make sure you get clear rates on work (including if he's unsuccessful) before he starts. Tried to charge 200 for 15 minutes work which was removing and looking at a broken garbage disposal- turns out he couldnt fix it. Then qouted another 300 to install a new one (not including the cost of the unit). He then lowered the price on the 15 minutes work, once I challenged him on the rate being too high. It appears the rate he charges is calculated on the spot and is based on how much money he thinks you have. I had another Plumber do a great job removing the old disposal and installing the new one for 110.Edit: I see the owner has responded trying to defend this. I still tell people about this encounter particularly when I asked him how much to replace the unit, he paused then deliberately and slowly looked around my house trying to gauge how much money we had. It’s not surprising to see other reviews were he has gouged people he thinks are vulnerable. Thief with a tool belt.

Called Matt on Saturday to fix a leaking water input. Even though he could not come on Saturday, he was out as soon as he could. As promised turned upMatt did a good job of fixing the issue and price was good for the great job he did.Thanks Matt and Bonza Plumbing!
