Great beach and surf, locals can be a bit feral though.

Great spot enjoy a beer at the top overlooking beautiful Surf beach. Stroll down to the park & play grounds feed the birds. Go for a surf or swimming or just walk the dog so relaxing here. Take a walk to the near by lookout and take a few photo’s. Come down and pick some olives of the many olive trees here. Or just sit back on the sand dunes and enjoy a wine with a few nibble’s watching the sun set.

Awesome place to watch sunset with a glass of wine or beer in hand. Friendly staff. Perfect place to have a function or wedding. The kiosk has great coffee too.

Good surf club, Surf Lifesaving is great for kids & Secret Harbour is a good club.

Engagement venue for daughter. Lovely. Drink prices were high as no discount for renting the venue which is way OTT. Over $3k put over bar for around 80 people. Did not have full access to kitchen either which meant no hot foods & no keeping cold foods cold until needed. So while venue was lovely, the other facilities sucked.

Can't fault them, haven't drowned yet. But open up the pub upstairs get some food in there aye. Wasting space

We held a memorial for my husband at this venue last Sunday. Kim the venue coordinator was fantastic, so helpful and really tried to do the jobs of two or three people, from setting up to managing the bar and looking after technical requirements. Anything we required Kim was so helpful. The attendance was many more than we had anticipated and Kim remained cool and calm. The venue was perfect, location, views, cleanliness, bar choices, kitchen etc. I highly recommend the SHSC for your event. The one thing to keep in mind is that the sound system which is great quality isn’t able to cope with large numbers in the venue, too much sound absorption.Thankyou we were able to give my husband the sendoff he deserved.
