Selling machines made in China..Parts for some machines

are they still in Sydney at189 Parramatta road?

I bought a skiving machine from them three years ago. They had no idea how to set it up and didn’t give me any information on how to do it. I have had to do my own research.After a while I wanted to get a different feed wheel. I called spare parts to enquire and they said they’d get back to me. Two weeks later I called them back and they promised they would get back to me ASAP. They didn’t. Two weeks later I called agin and they still couldn’t give me an answer. I never heard from them. This was a year ago.Then two weeks ago the machines presser lifter handle and lever had flogged out to the point that they no longer keep the presser foot down. I’ve had to call three times about getting new parts and each time they have no record of me calling. I couldn’t recommend them less. Extremely frustrating service when I’m trying to get my machine running again because it’s a necessary part of my business.The skiving machine is poor quality and looks like after three years it’s not going to last much longer.

I recently bought my JUKI DDL8000A industrial sewing machine from Elizabeth Machines. WOW WOW WOW ...this is the sewing machine I’ve been waiting for all my life!Chris had it built to my specs and he made sure I was 100% happy.I was super excited and nothing was to much trouble.From the time of purchase to delivery at my home was only one week... nice!Service with a smile everyone was so friendly, a lovely vibe.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elizabeth Machines and I am still singing their praises :-)Thank youJane

I purchased a Razor Nero electric hand held cutter from Elizabeth Machines Melbourne, and had an issue with the thead of one of the screws holding the cover over the blade. After a quick call to Chris I was advised to drop in so they could take a look at it. 30 mins later I was on-site with their technician, Nathan, working his magic to fix it. This fairly minor issue with a 5mm screw would have had serious implications for my work schedule - but thanks to the team @ Elizabeth Sewing Machines I was in and out in a flash and could get back to work straight away. So thankful to the technical team and admin staff for resolving this quickly and efficiently!
