Very POOR service, 400 dollars for the cost of changing oil and rear brake pads, and left with no coolant and a cracked radiator that went unnoticed.My kia sportage was booked in for a general service, i had asked for specific items to be checked (power steering rack, wheel bearings) and aswell as a general service to be carried out.As stated on the invoice the only work carried out was an oil and oil filter change, Re tighten of the power steering belt, a flush power steering fluid system & Replacing the rear brake pads, however when asked in person no power steering flush took place, instead only an additive was added to potentially correct the leak i asked them originally to inspect... 3 weeks later its still leaks, no refund or alternative method of a fix was offered.The radiator and reservoir was empty and when checked, was leaking with pools of coolant around the base, when asked about the radiator Luxfords was reluctent to help aswell as avoiding the fact that it was there responsibility to check these things over.Im very disappointed with the overall professionalism of the buisness and there shortfalls.
