I engaged United Trade Links to clean and restore my roof. My roof is terracotta. The cleaning work was done satisfactorily, but when it came to completing the point work their workmanship was appalling!! They did not put any bedding in at all, they just shoved pointing work into the side of the tiles and used folded up paper to hold into place. Had to engage another company to grind out the pointing work and start from scratch. Sam also insisted we install whirlybirds and then he installed them incorrectly so they were useless. Had to have that Re done too. Terrible company and I feel they had no idea what they were doing on a roof.
