This review relates to the supply and installation of a Braemar LCQI450 beige evaporative A/C unit with MagiQ touch controllerSteve Kinder of Plumb It Gas It promptly responded to my request (via Hi Pages) for an initial quote, to replace my defunct evaporative a/c with a brand new unit.Steve was flexible with arranging a time to do the quote which fitted with my week day work commitments & arrived promptly on time & demonstrated the expertise required for such an installation by discussing what my needs and options were, including aesthetics. The installation was completed within 2 weeks of accepting the quote.I found Plumb It Gas It's staff very pleasant and knowledgeable - with care and attention to detail. I have complete confidence in Steve's expertise, recommendations and pricing and his staff's expertise.Of note, I received my Electrical Certificate of Compliance from Andrew the electrician on the same day as he carried out his electrical work for disconnection of the old unit and installation of the new unit - very professional and efficient!

Asked 3 companies for quotes on an ESCEA gas fire installation. Kelly and Angela were very responsive and it was all sorted really quickly. Tim worked a very long day but did an expert job fitting the heater into the space of our old Masport and you'd think everything was made to fit the new heater, both inside and in the outside stone wall. Looks perfect. Great work. Really happy with P.I.G.I's professionalism and result. After an initial flurry of phone chats I've still not had a quote from one of the other companies.

Used James and his team to install a new gas boiler and barbeque point and they were excellent from start to finish. They turned up when they said they would, were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them
