Noodles are not rinsed and separated/loosened properly so it got knots, which is basic skills and quality control. It affects our mood when we see such rough service.

Best Chinese Cantonese style dim sum yum cha style restaurant. Simple and chic decor. All the dishes are made to order so there is a bit of wait, but the food quality is amazing. Would definitely go back again!

Freshest yum cha food I’ve ever had!! I went there first time with my partner and we were blown away by how fresh and quality the food was. Came back with my family (Cantonese) a couple week after and they all thoroughly enjoyed it too, saying it’s super freshly made.The food, environment, service, and cleanliness is all quality. A bit more on the pricier side but definitely worth a try!Must try the braised brisket steamed rice roll; prawn chive dumplings; Steamed Beancurd Rolls, Pork, Shrimp,Scallop; Salt & Pepper Beancurd (Tofu) (S); Prawn, Water Chestnut Dumplings; Steamed Sticky Rice, Dried Scallop, Chicken; Steamed Chicken Feet with Signature Sauce; Beef Tripe, Satay Sauce.Honestly all is worth a try!!! Keen to go back to try some more!

It's nice they got some good reviews, it doesn't taste frozen/reheated to me. We normally don't do usual dumplings though. Flavours are really good, portions a little small. Very nice atmosphere and shop fit, good abmiance. Gets pretty busy on weekends.

It’s not too bad. Went for yum cha, Got a decent selection. Probably not entirely on par with the bigger and longer running establishments like landmark, flavour is decent, balanced, not overly salty.You can order from a main menu also.Need to go early otherwise it’ll become a big wait, especially on weekends. Salted egg Custard bun were the standout.Fairly expensive, however worth the try. Certainly not an everyday visit kinda place.

I ordered stir needle with shredded beef here. I didn't have time to eat at the restaurant, so I brought it on a takeaway and had it at home. It still tasted good. but it was little salty. I asked the staff by text message because I had a question about the food, and they gave me a quick reply. That was a really good part of my experience.I want to try other foods in this restaurant again since my first experience was decent.

Ru Yi Dim Sum
This is a decent yum Cha restaurant offering. Ambience is I suppose ok if you’re inside the restaurant but it’s small and we didn’t have a booking so we were out in the shopping centre corridor. Most yum Cha classics were tasty though the cheong fun was gluggy and the lava buns were quite dry on the inside. Prices were reasonable.

Ru Yi Dim Sum
As this is our first time visiting this restaurant from Sydney NSW, not only was the food here absolutely delicious, but the service was also the best. When we went to have dinner, our prawn dumplings took a bit longer to be served. The manager quickly gave us a plate of complimentary egg tarts as an apology. We are very grateful for his kind gesture and will definitely be back next time we're in town!
