Since the store was small it made me think that it would have a small variety of fish, to my surprise the place was absolutely loaded with many different species and super friendly and helpful staff to help me which ones were right for my tank. Would 100% recommend to go here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of healthy looking fish including natives and aquatic plants for size of store. Also has a great selection of poultry, dog and cat food/treats.

Went there with a mate looking for fish. The person running the store at the time seemed to remember the customer (my friend) and knew exactly what he was looking for. He was really helpful in answering questions and giving tips on Tetras. Also stocked shrimp which is handy! Also looked like there was a range of other products on display.

When I first came hear I thought it was very overly friendly and I cave u some plants that would help the cherry shrimp how ever my mind has changed for good ever since lunch time how dare u falsy accused me of having a bad character by claiming I'm scarring the girls when I was Just talking about fish and plants and fish tanks nothing else and because what's happened I will never be coming back to this place again so u have just lost a customer because u clearly don't have any morals or respect for the public what so ever.

We drove 30 minutes to check the store out after seeing a Facebook post. The store was clean and well presented. The young dark haired guy didn’t acknowledge us, the “20% special” on beds wasn’t advertised, the clearance bin had 2/10 items priced and the beds, treats and toys were again 2/10 priced. We will not be returning.

Small store but crammed full of produce for livestock, wild birds and pets. Staff knowledgeable about their stock. We ordered some French Millet and picked up in store.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I bought a tank and fish for my daughter. They offered a lot of great advise and seemed very knowledgeable. Very glad to have such a lovely shop in the neighbourhood.

Friendly and calm atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised with the aquarium range. Good selection of chemicals, food, aquascaping supplies and fish that look happy and healthy.

Rude and unhelpful, sold us a dead box of crickets and told us that it's our responsibility to feed the crickets and take care of them. The girl at the front counter was not even the slightest bit apologetic or even offer to do anything other than blame us for not taking care of them. Every pet store we've ever bought crickets from have food and moisture cubes in the boxes. Will never come back here for anything again.

Unfriendly staff..great range of fish however I purchased 6 neon tetras and 3 guppies for my little boy to join 2 small catfish tank was clean and prepared..the neon tetras were dead the next day all 6!! Thenone guppy got white spot and died a day later..water was prepared and community fish already in tank were happy ..went back 2 weeks later we went and told the girl who didn't speak all and was no help against better judgement purchased 3 more guppies to makeup for the dead ones to have another die few days later .we purchased all the needed treatments to avoid any disease or stress plus pH kits but these fish are not healthy riddled with disease and staff don't care or offer advice or even discount for instantly dead or sick fish..never had issues like this before and really upsetting for my son..waste of money and effort most other stores have educated staff and offer discount for unhappy customersDon't waste money on fish here..don't go if you like friendly staff with knowledge and compassion for animals..
