Apart from the helpful warehouse guys this is a painful organisation to deal with. They rather use technology over personally speaking with their customers. To be fair, the product I purchased is made well and is as shown on their website.

Purchased sofa bed from here. Absolutely awful quality and not possible to sleep on for one night. Basically an elevated floor. Sent back for refund but was required to pay pickup fee still. Do not recommend shopping here.

My husband and I bought the Long beach LH corner lounge in the colour Ivory a month ago.After the second week of owning the couch, we have noticed little feathers starting to poke out through the frabric.I have neices and nephews that visit my home and this is now hazardous to them and not children safe as it is harmful and painful to the skin.My nieces came over last weekend and had started to cry because she felt something sharp poking her and it became very red and itchy. We saw a long feather coming out of the couch.To top this all off, the sofa has a very strong and distinctive stench and cannot be removed after many tries of getting washed. I had visitors coming over and noticing the scent as soon as they take a seat on the couch which is embarrassing.It definitely is not the fabric cover of the couch as it’s coming from the feathers inside the cushion.I am honestly so disappointed because lounge lovers is a big brand known for their good quality couches and this couch was the total opposite of good quality. I spent alot of money on this piece of furniture just for it to be breaking apart already.

Really happy with my purchase. Beautiful chair. I’m curious to see how long it lasts. Stay tuned for an updated review once a few months have passed.

Initial order was for some Manhattan units and we had them delivered for a fair price, delivery was also quick and well communicated. We ordered a couple of extra items in a later sale and opted to collect them from their warehouse. The collection process was nice and easy and also open on the weekend which was a bonus.
