Choosing a Transitional Care Facility is one of the most hardest decisions I have ever made with regards to the care and recovery of my father. I only wish more people who used this facility would post more reviews of the services they have received. Firstly I must thank Robyn and Tanya for the comfort they offered me on the first night of my dads admission. I was distraught and upset and they spoke to me and reassured me that everything will be ok and dad was in the best of hands. Those comforting words brought me peace of mind as I was overcome with grief and sadness. Five weeks have passed and I have visited dad everyday when possible and the staff have been absolutely amazing, caring and nothing is too hard. Thank you to each and every one of you, I am grateful beyond words!!! My suggestion to all residents and families of loved ones who are in care, is if there is an issue, talk to the respective staff and address your concerns. I am sure they will be resolved! To all past residents, please put your reviews forward so that other families will have peace of mind in choosing this wonderful facility!! I am sure there are many success stories, but, it is human nature not to report the good once someone is well :) It is easy to put the past behind you as no-one wants to remember those sad and challenging times. Thank you again to all the Mother Theresa's" your kindness and care has not gone unnoticed. Just a side note I always believe in recognising and acknowledging the good. People are quick to complain and forget about the good that has been done! From one very grateful daughter."

I hope this place has improved since last year. My Dad required more care than he received here - they said they were short staffed because so many patients required high care at that time.

Hello folks i am sorry that i wrote the post yesterday, Jupiter is a very good place my mum is doing okay, so juniper keep up good work,

Went as an agency for a night shift and the nurse on duty was very rude, while the staff and EN was so good. Will discourage agencies going there for night!

I thought this place was ok, but i now realise something is wrong . You need a appointment ahead of time to see your loved ones. They are hiding their lack of care by doing this .they are always understaffed. I went through and spoke to the residents ,some are very unhappy . Ill be contacting my politician , this is not good enough, especially for frail vulnerable people. I have been to many aged facilities, there is something very wrong here.

Why cant i contact anyone over the weekend ? Why to i have to make an appointment to see mum ?I will look into this and contact all people and authorities concerned. Something is very wrong here.
