Star Car Wash - Westpoint Blacktown

I had this polished about 6 months ago but it has dust all over. I only wanted a standard wash. The guys said for 99 he will polish it. I said no just got polished. The car has a lot of small scratches reminiscent of using a dirty rag. I gad it repolished now cost me $300 from my the original guy who polished it

Just want to acknowledge their staff member Harry Paaji as they referenced him for this wonderful job today.Had been there two times befor but on weekends for premium detail service. Had couple of bird poop marks eating up my heart and was about to book a professional paint thing to fix it. The previous guys did wash and said this can’t be fixed. But when I came back after an hour today Harry Paaji at blacktown centre was rubbing and magically the stun had gone away staying on my car for more than 6-8 months.Thanks a lot.

I have paid 89$ and not satisfied with work. Lazy staff and owner always ready with excuses. Lucky I was watching there so I identified that vacuum was not done and they did it after saying them. Polish also done like we did it at home than you we should pay extra money for that.Very disappointing experience.Not recommended.

We hope we never come to your shop before. It is very ugly service that we never met beforeFirst time we came for washed our car they’re ark for 50$ and for work just ok because we just want to do some shopping in mallSecond time we came here they ark for 75$ still we try to do but not very good job but ok we give a chance to them.Third time same car same job they ark for 120$ this is going to still our money. How can you manage your business like this.Are you sure that you do car wash or you are a Thief!!!I don’t recommend everyone come to this shopYou going to lose your money your customers forever.We let you know one thing we went to different car wash and we pay only 50$ with good service.

Shocking job done on my car. I take really good car of my car and have it cleaned and detailed regularly. I decided to get it done here yesterday while running errands, as I did not have time to give it a clean or go to my usual. Paid $89 for a wash and wax + interior clean. Vacuum was fine as it wasnt dirty to begin with, but found sticky residue all over the rear view mirror and when I parked my car to check, I noticed to my horror a number of scratches on the hood, handles, mirrors and residue from cleaning products in multiple spots. The scratches were quite long and definitely were not there before the wash. Extremely unacceptable and now I have to go to a reputable detailer to hopefully buff the scratches out. Very upset as my car has been kept in such good nick and to have a car wash scratch it is so upsetting. Would avoid unless you're not too fussed with the clean and scratches on your car.

Wanted the $90 clean car wasnt even that dirty to begin with just daily wear. On pick up tried to charge $120. Got in the car dirt still over the place, wasnt even cleaned properly. Staff didnt care. Our property had removed from car left on wet dirty ground, and blamed the vacuum for it but had not picked it up. Very angry and disappointed. Worst car wash around! I wish you rate zero stars very unhappy!

Our car looks absolutely amazing. We are so incredibly happy with the service and will be back again.
