Such terrible quality control and customer service.Received a bad batch of 'unscented' cat litter that smelled like a can of air freshener had violently exploded. Tried to deal with customer service who promised to replace the 9kg bag but only sent me a 2kg sample instead, then proceeded to ghost me.

Have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the huge price hike of your litter tray liners. Started at around $5 and then during COVID went up to around $7. This was ok, I understood the increase. But now, in the space of a couple of weeks, they've skyrocketed to $12!!! You guys realise that something is only worth as much as a person is willing to pay for it right? In reality litter tray liners only add a very small amount of convenience making it slightly easier to throw the litter away cause in reality cats puncture the liner meaning the tray still needs to be cleaned. No one in their right mind is going to pay $12 for almost zero actual product worth. Methinks you got a bit greedy and thought you could use inflation and cost of living as an excuse for the price hike, but it doesn't take a scientist to know that a biodegradable plastic bag hasn't increased that much in cost to produce. I'll be opting for a bare litter tray from now on.

I have been spending at least $100 a month for the last 5 years on Rufus & Coco kitty litter liners and unfortunately the liners have completely changed after rebranding. The quality is now no better than the $2 Kmart litter liners. It’s a really big disappointment and due to this you have lost a long term customer.

Dog shampoo is half full & lid snapped off instantly at $15 a bottle that's very disappointing. Wanted to try something really nice for my much loved fur babies. Seriously bad quality.

I have taken George (8 month old Cavoodle) to Rufus & Coco at Mosman twice now. George gets excited when we walk in.George has been groomed perfectly as I requested. They are caring, George comes out smelling lovely & is happy too.I fully recommend Rufus & Coco at Mosman.Thankyou guys, your the best

I just bought a cat collar with a bell. That bell is supposed to be an alarm signal for little animals and birds that a predator is near. The collar looks great but it definitely needs a better bell because the one that's on there now is almost useless.

The kitty litter at Woolworths is terrible tofu litter which is overpriced and probably one of the worst kitty litters I’ve ever used. Making sure people avoid this one at all costs.

I've been using this litter for years with no issues and have recommended it several times to other cat owners. I have noticed that the last two bags have now got some awful added fragrance and my cat now refuses to use his litter box with this litter in it. So disappointed that fragrance has been unnecessarily added when it's well known that cats don't like strong fragrances and it makes no difference to reducing any smells anyway. This litter was the best one on the market and now I'm going to have to look into finding another product.Also, their website won't display any reviews that are less than 4 stars which is dishonest and so dodgy.

Every poo bag purchased like 24 rolls is faulty. No batch numberCustomer service in relation to this problem is poor.Have no interest in replacing or info on how to resolve the problem

I have been using the breath buddy for about a year now and it seemed to work well.The last two bottles i bought seem to be nowhere as effective.The original was a green tinted product.The current product in a new type bottle is green on mixing but within twelve hours the green tint disappears and it's like i'm paying for cheap food colour.Very disappointed.Bye bye rufus and coco.
