Bought my parents a lounge from Demir Leather. Went into the Auburn showroom to decide on a lounge and a colour. Placed the order and after a few months was notified that the lounge arrived from Italy. All very straightforward. Parents are very happy with the new lounge. Cheers Demir!

A beautiful furniture store. If you go there and like something, you'd better buy it. I developed a feeling of regret when I didn't and had to go back the week after. I love how the prices are not through the roof, although they could be and people would still shop here. Very original selection of italian lounges. The staff are friendly, parking is ample.

I furnished my whole house with Demir which really made decorating my house so easy. I purchased two sets of lounges, a coffee table, barstools, a dining table, dining chairs, tv unit and a bed. The sales rep helped me with my purchases. I was advised that all items would arrive in 3-4 months time as its manufactured in Italy and is being custom made for me. As promised, I received my delivery on Friday. The delivery team even took my old sofas to throw away, which was really nice of them. Would definitely recommend Demir if you're looking for top quality furniture and friendly customer service.

Highly recommend this company! I purchased 2 sets of lounges, one for tv room and one for the formal lounge room. They sell great quality furniture that's comfortable and stylish. Staff are very friendly too. Will definintely refer my friends and family to Demir Leather.

I wish I could give this company zero star. The WOREST customer service in my life。Extremely rude!!! When I make a complain, they asked me to shut up and leave their store!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DAMN COMPANY. They are RUBBSIH.PS: It happened in Auburn store, but I also posted here as all the people have the right to know what they can expect from this awful company.

Warning: I'll update review once the sofa arrives. :)So far so good. Trying the sofas and paying up some depositfor a reasonably well negotiated sofa was all good.It's a little bit of a shock that it takes 4 months or so forthe sofa's to be made and shipped from Italy.Reasonably confident that it will be a good sofa with real leather.Still some cowboys in the sofa world who will try to pass off leather" as leather. :("

After shopping around for weeks I decided to visit demir leather. I fell in love with a beautiful chase lounge but couldn't make a decision about the colour and configuration. The staff were very helpful in this. The quality of my lounge is divine as I expected. I love it!

We just received our new recliner sofas we ordered. They are a work of art! Very stylish and leather is top quality. They designed sofa with slim arms as we would be placing 2 x 2seaters side by side.Great service from staff and they even organised different coloured cushions after ordered ones did not suit our decor!

Placed an order, took twice as long to receive the couch and worse the couch spec was contrary to our order. Demir were difficult to deal with and refused to provide a refund as requested. Had to get my solicitor and Dept Fair Trading involved. Bad people to deal with. I will never go into their store again as it was an expensive and totally unprofessional experience.
