I went a bit late so it was quite rushed but they did a good job. They accept cash only which is alright as they are right next two atms (ANZ, Commonwealth). They staff are kind and helpful and often communicate with you. They are located in town near the station which is very convinent. There is parking also directly opposite..

I wish I could this rate place 0 stars. It took over an hour. I asked them 4 times to re shape the nails and it still looked uneven. They cut me with the drill & filer. Once they applied the nail polished it was super thick & bubbly. I can’t believe they let me walk out like this. I was in a rush so had to leave straight away. Worst place ever. Do not recommend. Save your money & go to the place on Boyle street. Super unprofessional, idk how this place is still open. -19191 stars.

Did the job, were professional but slow

This place ripped off my 80 year old Mum who came in to have her nails done in preparation for her 60th wedding anniversary. Mum left in tears her nails smudged and all different lengths. This is NOT the sort of place which deserves patronage from the good people of the Sutherland Shire. Try somewhere else.....it’s not about the money it’s about taking advantage of people who deserve better.

absolutely disgusting got charged $85 for an infection !!very bad service !! paid $85 for ombre on 2 fingers done completely incorrectly and copped cuts all around fingers !! absolute scam do not recommend i paid twice the amout and was done incorrectly having my fingers full of glue ew ew ew

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business. I popped in for a pedicure before a wedding as my usual beautician was unavailable and it was awful.The nails were unevenly cut and shaped. The nail polish application was incredibly uneven. They also cut the skin around my big toe causing it to bleed. I've never experienced anything like this before.When I returned to request a refund so I could have my nails redone elsewhere, they refused a refund but did agree to try to fix the issues. While the staff were all friendly, the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The worst nail outcome I have ever experienced. I’m not the one to leave reviews or be negative however, the impact this salon had on me is bothering me to the core. I’ve gone in to the salon as it was the only one open asked to fix a nail on my feet and the remove some of my acrylics on my hands and do manicure and SNS on my natural square nails….. she’s cut my skin multiple times… then when it came to Shaping my nails, she said they are too weak so she will apply SNS first and then shape… I was hesitant however, let her go get thing… ( my nails were actually soft because they were soaking in water for the manicure, that is normal so if she were to wait a few minutes they would of hardened up back to normal and she would of been able to shape them) she then proceeded to apply SNA on my unshared nails and after SNS was applied very bulky she started filing, she did not ask me what shape I wanted and kept going when I told her they look terrible she said “no honey I told you very difficult to work with your nail too damaged” like NO. If you can’t do something, don’t ruin someone’s day and say you cannot perform the task.

I was supposed to get SNS. She made them so thin and they turned out so lumpy and rough, the nails were not filed properly, some were filed diagonally and also when she was using the filing tool she went outside the nail and hurt my skin more than once. They looked so awful I had to go straight to another salon and spend another $40 to get them re done. Would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I could attach a pic but I’m not sure how.

I am going to make it my mission, to get your business shut down. My girlfriend is in absolute bits at the shocking treatment she has received. Her nails are all wonky and her nails are full of glue. This place is a direct breach of Australian Consumer Law. Formal proceedings will be taking place. AVOID this place at all costs….

This salon cut my finger with the drill, then proceeded to apply a solution to the open wound without my consent. My nail became infected a few days later and I had to have all the acrylic nails removed and start healing my finger. Do not recommend!
