Wouldn’t recommend anyone going to parts as there was no customer service from the 4 staff members there. I waited at the counter for a few minutes. No one acknowledged that I was even there. I finally had to ask if I could be served and one staff member decided he would then come to the counter. All would have been ok from this point until another staff member decided to say in a condescending way that he’ll get to me when he’s done. I told them not to bother and returned the items to the shelf and as I was leaving that same staff member said “whatever mate”.Now basic customer service would mean at least an acknowledgement right?.There were 4 staff members who ignored me. Normally it’s been good in the past as I have dealt with STM many years but not today

Recently purchased a used truck from STM and can’t believe how amazing the service has been . Had some major issues with the vehicle after I picked it up and STM took care of everything and went way beyond anything I was expecting in making good with the repairs . Even though there is no warranty on a used vehicle they took care of everything even delivering the truck back to me in the Hunter Valley . Can’t thank Angus the salesman enough for being such a great help and being so professional through the whole process . Can highly recommend this company for anyone wanting a new vehicle or earthmoving equipment as they are certainly a dealership that can be trusted .Thank you STM .

I came to look for the truck and I met with adavid. He was very friendly and supportive. I had great site visit and I have been here before. Bit of drive for me but I enjoyed the drive to this location and great customer service at STM. This is also a great place for other moving plants.
