I was late for my appointment, I waited for a short time. The staff member ( a young chap)Had a great knowledge of their range of phones, and the better phone, between 2 from the same company. And just made it easy to purchase.Recently I went into Telstra Point Cook, to report my stolen IPhone & my Apple iPad. The staff there as usual , attentive, and showed concern ( for a 70 year old guy) who’s house had been invaded. They remembered me, got onto shutting down the stolen equipment immediately. I have no more to say other than” Thank you” great work, great service. I can only add more people should use this Telstra Shop.

Friendly service, though very busy and a 20 min wait for service at my most recent visit. However, you can book a spot ahead of time. The process to port numbers takes a while to work through.
