Worst customer service I’ve ever received!I want to start off by saying that I stepped out of the house today not trying to impress anyone with my appearance and I was dressed like a homeless person, that shouldn’t have been an issue to anyone but apparently it was when I got looked up and down by the shop assistant, I instantly felt uncomfortable, especially when I was planning on buying a $555 pair of Prada sunglasses.I asked her if there was another size available in the pair I wanted, she said, no sorry Prada doesn’t make other sizes.Her condescending tone made me want to walk out then and there but I thought no I want the sunglasses and maybe she needs a bit of help with her knowledge of top end brands, I then proceeded to show her the numbers on the inside of the arm two of the same pairs had different numbers, I said yea see these are a 52 and these are a 51 just wondering if you can check for a 51 please, she threw daggers at me and knew I caught her out blatantly lying to me. She checked the system and to her surprise they come in different sizes she then went on to try to educate me on that there are in fact different sizes.She then said she can order them in for me but at that point I was so furious with her attitude I went elsewhere to make my purchase.I had been warned about her by other people, that she was rude but thought I’d find out for myself and they were right.I won’t be shopping here again.

Polite, helpful and enthusiastic staff with good product knowledge - very happy with my new sunnies!

Service was amazing!! I don’t remember the sales persons name, but she was incredible!! She entertained my 3 young children whilst helping me select a pair of sunglasses. Will be returning in future and have already spoken to family and friends about how good my experience was.

Had a problem with sunglasses purchased at this store and needed information to take to local Sunglass Hut in New Zealand. Contacted Karrinyup store by phone and they gave amazing friendly service to give me all the details I needed. Highly recommend for any sunglass purchases and backup service

The warranty we had was readjusted to new prices ! So in the end same price as bought previous.After years of buying at at a retailer ,now going on line .Disappointing

Shocking customer service, was not greeted upon arrival. Almost purchased sunnies but when I expressed i didnt want the display stock the lady showed attitude and looked visibly angry at that. No goodbye when we left. Went to the innaloo store instead and the service there was amazing! Take a few tips from innaloo :)

two staff members both female young , the brunette remained grumpy ,the blonde thawed out once i chose a pair for $ 300 ,when i first walked in , i saw them in mirrors roll they eyes like this old guy should be at Big W ,the whole shop is based on new millennials and cultural diversity ,but once again the people who are not your sunglasses poster model spend the money, good old boomers again .just a note for sunglass hut , Aussie's also buy glasses
