This is a long overdue review from my purchase in April 2022.I was looking for a mirror that would match with the rest of my place and found their website. Steve was quick to respond to my queries.I had a couple of scratches on the frame on my mirror which I had only noticed after Alex (their installation subcontractor) had delivered and mounted it. I had planned to fix it myself and queried about the specific colour but Steve went out of his way to replace it - driving down to deliver it personally!Highly recommended for sure!

I have used Creative Frames for many years for printing and framing and they always do such a wonderful job and are super friendly and easy to work with - Steve and Jo and the whole team there are fantastic. I am also a member of Creative Frames Creative Collective as they also showcase and exhibit up and coming artists around Sydney and so have a wonderful unique range of artwork that are not available anywhere else. Highly recommend for framing and also if you are looking for unique local artwork.

I’ve been taking my paintings to Steve and the team at the Framing Project for many years now.Their workmanship and professionalism are always second to none and they deliver beautiful frames with a quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. Adam, Steve and the team did an excellent job framing my poster. They walked me through a range of options and took the time to explain the method they would use with an off white print. I’m really happy with the outcome, the frame is beautiful. I will be going back in the future

Dear Steve & Joanne, sorry this has taken so long (yet again) to post. Home from surgery on Tuesday last week. Long way to go, although all good!!!So, I wish I had lots of money so I could just continue to have you frame pieces of art that I have here at home. Steve and Joanne are a pleasure to deal with and the incredible talent of Joanne, yet again, with another piece of my very special artwork ... well it honestly it seems effortless. That, I believe, is how fabulous Joanne is.I have posted pictures of the newly framed artwork and picture 2 shows you the framing that was done elsewhere around 15-20 years ago. I desperately wanted new life breathed into this artwork and low and behold, the results were incredible!!Thank you Joanne & Steve once again. I was ecstatic when I opened it and saw the finished artwork.With kind regards, Cathy :)
