Never in my travels have I ever paid so much money for the lunchtime specials. Thinking I was paying for a full size container and found I only got half size containers.Actually I have never ever, ordered a lunchtime special and gotten a half size container, when paying the full size price before.It should be stipulated on the menu what size container the lunchtime specials come in. The food wasn't that special.

We were staying in Millicent on Christmas Day. We drove around town looking for a place to eat…… everything was closed. As we drove passed Asia House we noticed someone moving inside so we went and knocked on the door. A woman answered and said they were closed and were just leaving but kindly offered to make us some fried rice. The fried rice was delicious. A special thank you for your kindness. We were most grateful.

We had a delicious meal here. No complaints at all. Fast and friendly service. The four of us shared four different meals and a serving of special fried rice. Everyone left full and satisfied. Highly recommended.

Good portion sizes, good food. The fried rice can lean towards being a bit too oily, and they can’t do the fried rice at lunch time without prawns in it. Overall though I keep coming back because it hits the spot every time. The fried ice cream is a great treat.
