Staff here are very unprofessional. We have ordered from here to collect on multiple occasions and not once has the order ever been ready. More often than not they had not even started the order until we arrived to pick it up and we had to then wait around for half an hour whilst they made it. The staff then spent time talking amongst themselves too busy socialising instead of preparing the order. This happens all the time here. Such a simple task yet for Subway Coolum it seems so difficult. Very incapable and very clear that management and the owners have absolutely no idea how to run a customer service based business.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere. Business is about reciprocity: the least you can do is smile while you take my money. If it’s the same owner as before, lovely South African gentleman, I would encourage him to fix the culture in his store.

Staff nice, but seem not well trained to make a standardised product. Subway you expect a consistency but this place is random. Also, no avocado (because the staff prior forgot to thaw it out), no lettuce (which is pretty critical when you are ordering a vege salad. Hope management takes steps to raise the standard. Can remove the review once things improve (no other way to contact the management other than review). Thanks.

Whats the point of toasting the sandwich when the meat is colder then the salad and the cheese isn't even melted.The staff members attitude made me feel like a burden for ordering a sandwich. If you dont want to work there then quit.

Ordered through door dash and the food arrived completely covered in mould. We order frequently and there is a problem almost every single time whether it be missing items, wrong sauce, missing extras. Surely it should not be this difficult at all and absolutely repulsive and unacceptable for anything to come covered in mould.

When we entered the gal working was working on something in a note book. When we entered her body language clearly showed that our presence was an inconvenience.Then she was banging about with stuff. She never greeted us until I asked her ‘having a bad day?’She did NOT like that.My friend then ordered his sandwich and she slapped down a 10cm thick bun that was squished to the max.We left, not going to spend my money in a place where I’m made to feel unwelcomed.A good quote for her: the customer is not an inconvenience of your work but rather the purpose of it. IE: no customers, no pay cheque.

For the last couple of nights my family and I have decided on our local subway, coolum, The first night we ordered over $50 worth and these young girls have not been shown how too put a sandwich together. If you ask for avocado, you don't make the sandwich them layer it right on top. It all ended up over the wrapping. One of the staff members saw the larger order, handed it on and walked out. The other young girl didn't look happy. The next day we decided let's have another try. Surely it won't be like that again. So we ordered our meals again via the app, and walked in, we were greeted too staff members holding a receipt saying (who orders $52 dollars worth of subway) my family and I were in shock. They didn't no it was us. I said Hay that's our familys order. Very rude in my books. As my footlong was being made, I noticed hold on hold on as she was about too slice it and bag it. Were is my meat. She looked at me and looked at the receipt and said opps I'm so sorry and just placed it in a line on top of everything, I told her don't bother slicing it just wrap it up as much as you can. I'll go home and do it myself. Then my lady got a large salad bowl and it's was disappointing, small not a large, now if we didn't walk in straight after we ordered we would of gone home and been very disappointed and had too go all the way back. Not cool coolum subway. Especially when you have paid over $100 in two afternoons.

Got a few platters. Cookies great. Subs great. Although the order was for 08:30am and there was only one staff member on which made prepping order late by around 30 minutes... and while doing our order, couldn't serve anyone else... so maybe some improvement needed there. Thanks to her though for getting through it so well. :)

Our family has been enjoying subway for as long as we can remember. We were so excited when we saw Subway opening in Coolum.Our first few experiences were a little frustrating because of the inexperienced staff but we understood because it was a new store.Today absolutely drove us over the edge and we doubt we will ever go back to the Coolum store. Once again inexperienced staff did not know how to prepare our subway properly. When i bit into my subway my patty was still frozen. We asked for a refund. I can't blame the stuff as they are very friendly and helpful but i question the management that you should have train your stuff well before they start their job.3 stars is for the friendly staffsWe look forward for better changes.
