Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites

The room was fantastic and the customer service was even better!!The room was so clean and tidy and the views were incredible!If I could rate the room a 10 I would!Will definitely be coming back!!

The room is old designed and tired looking especially the carpet. It looks like it had never been steam cleaned. My husband who is allergic to dustmites immediately had allergic attack during our stay. We stayed at many places however this was the first time brought him the worst feeling. The only advantage is its centralized location close to the beach and shops.

Recently completed a stay at The Oaks Waterfront. A nice stay overall, rooms are clean and bed comfortable, staff are limited, and the pool area was great, until 1/2 a dozen kids got in using the fire door, letting in more kids, bombing thx pool, claiming they are staying there which wasn’t true. Staff were eventually found to convey this story. Security cameras do not work, was I concerned absolutely. Management should take this seriously. Also when cleaning the rooms a little less bleach would be appreciated, when entering room it was overpowering!

The staff were friendly however, the rooms are in desperate need of a facelift. This is a managed property so it comes down to the owners maintaining standards. The bed was uncomfortable and could feel the zipper that keeps the beds together. The bathroom has dodgy jobs when old appliances have been removed and the rooms had an unpleasant smell resulting in me keeping the balcony door open my entire stay. TV needed an update too.

Excellent location, near everything. Few staff but very friendly. The carpet is old and needs replacement (corridor and inside apartment) as it has a strong smell, there is no air conditioner inside the bedrooms, but everything else is OK.

This property is at a great location with fabulous water view, proximity to kids play area, Coles and cafes. It's got a nice pool and a spa, However, it could be good if there was some kind of assistance from the front desk or otherwise may be - on call assistance. We did not have the air con remote, had to wonder how do we call in for toilet paper refills, or for any assistance in general as the reception mostly had no one most of the times. The rooms are dated but clean and airy

Very unpleasant!!! Definitely not a relaxing quite break awayKids running around in corridors, in/out lifts and doing knock n runs till late at nightFamilies apparently known to staff as had to speak to three different staff members over three shifts…no information had been passed on at any charge over, but all could identify who it would be…not the first time there’s been complaints apparently of these behaviours and disturbances of this family groupBut yet they get to come back and this behaviour continues to disturb other visitorsAnother couple checking out on my level also mentioned the noise and that they woke to smashed eggs on their balconyTotal waste of money this time!!!

It's okay, but dated and not what we expected. The rooms were clean, as was the bed sheets but the air conditioner compressor unit had seen better days and made a racket out on the deck. We were near the entrance to the pool and people coming& going drove us mad with the pool for opening& closing.Overall it was an okay week we had, but for the price I expected better.

Had an amazing mid week stay here to get out of Sydney for a few days with my partner and our 2 month old daughter. Beautiful views of the water from our balcony where we watched a lot of sunsets. The apartment is so close to a huge amount of food options below and the room was a little bit older but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Can’t beat the location and the staff were so helpful. Will definitely be back!

Thank you for a lovely stay celebrating my birthday. Greeted by lovely staff who checked us in and provided us with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates which we enjoyed later that night, to start off the lovely weekend at Oaks!By the time we went for a quick stroll to check out the surroundings before heading to the pool for the afternoon we came back and we already had extra towels in our room ready for some sun.Very convenient location with many cafes and choice of restaurants on our doorstep.Thank you all for a most enjoyable weekend, as it had been quite a while since our last weekend away.
