Went in with the intention of dropping a few hundred dollars on top boots, but wasn't even acknowledged and nobody bothered to help us. After having a look around at what is a very nice new store, ended up going elsewhere. It wasn't very busy either. I'm disappointed.

I can not say enough good things about the fantastic team at EQ. The girls regularly save my bacon with their amazing product knowledge, they really know the stock and their horses. They are so friendly and helpful which makes shopping a lot of fun.

Kris is amazing! When placing an online order I ran into a couple of troubles. Kris was the person who was able to not only identify the issue, but she went out of her way to follow up and ensure that things were sorted and that I was able to place my order without issue.Her customer care was second to none. May retailers should take note on how this example of service should be the standard. Thank you again Kris for all of your work and effort in resolving the issue for me. I truly appreciate it.

Considering I have been a regular for so long, it was about time to leave a review. Firstly the team as a whole have been phenomenal in their customer service and their wealth of knowledge with the products. However Jess O, and Megan D are simply fantastic. Every product I have purchased has worked perfectly. I can honestly swear by the team here, that you will always get the absolute best customer service but also top quality products. After normally shopping at the Pakenham store but after a rude run in with a co worker there I sadly thought Lilydale wad a bit out of the way. However when I visited they have restored my faith that maybe it was a once off and all of the staff at Lilydale were fantastic, accommodating to my very large pony sized dog during a very busy trading day and were generally lovely to deal with despite the fact they were really really pumped. I will absolutely be back.
