Francesca was an amazing teacher for a bunch of beginners over two days for a corporate retreat. She catered to all levels of experience and fitness and everyone enjoyed starting our days in such a positive way. Many thanks Francesca

Halo Pilates
Challenging but not too hard, Francesca was so approachable and fun to work with during our pilates class. Our group ranged from totally new to pilates to experienced people but she was able to adjust for all levels. Great experience.
