We were promised the world and were delivered next to nothing. If you do not live in the Highlands, this is not the agency for you. Instead you will be bitterly disappointed with the effort, the little communication (especially the unanswered calls and messages) and the minimal advertising offered to your property. Definitely not worth the commission we had to pay, especially as no agent assisted with our final week, leaving us to deal with the settlement and handover. Would not recommend The Agency. All talk and definitely no action. Zero out of ten.

I approached Cameron McKillop to sell our farm as we had purchased it through him so I felt he'd be familiar with the property. My biggest disappointment was that he was happy to take the purchaser's first offer saying he didn't want to scare them off. I countered with a $50K increase which the purchasers accepted. As the agent being paid a good commission on the sale to act on my behalf, I feel Cameron, knowing the purchaser's intentions for the property, should have been confident to get a higher price, rather than me the vendor raising the purchaser's offer. Disappointed and would not recommend.
