Land Lease Residential Estate with manufactured homes. Communal Swimming Pool and Tennis Court. Owners have had issues with fee increases above CPI and yet private roads remain hazardous for walking, specifically Golden Grove Place!!!

Area ok the trouble with buying into a mobile home park is you still have to pay high rent for your site fees staff in office good.very close to your neighbors some have nothing else to do but complain about everone and everything I suppose you can get that anywhere you live

Absolutely disgusting how much residents mainly pensioners are forced to pay to live in the village. How about giving residents value for money and doing the necessary maintenance required. Money hungry grubs filling their pockets

I have lived here since 2011 safe place to live we have a pool tennis courts lots of activities nice neighbors everything you need is here site fees a bit expensive but I like living here not far from beaches shopping centers it's very nice

I have lived here since 2010 and I love it.I consider the homes in the village as good as in any other similar establishments.The grounds are well looked after and it is a pleasure to welcome outside guests to visitAnd it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to purchase a home here

I'm sure this us a great place to live, however in your first visit, im sure you'll get lost as I did, found it excruciating to find my way around,Other than this its a secured area, lovely grounds
