Been going here for a while, pretty good and welcoming place with friendly staff and a wide range of equipment.

If you are planning to enroll your kids with active kids vouchers for younger kids program kids fit or older kids gym program. Just Run from body-fit black townVery irresponsible management never informs parents who take the time to that class is cancelled.My child was waiting for me to pick him up in 39 degrees heat after the class was cancelled and manager has the audacity to inform me that i had to book in prior to coming, which was never informed. He has been coming for 6 weeks now with classes twice a week . They send me 100 sms to join gym but not one sms to inform us that class is cancelled.100 emails that account is getting debited but not one email to explain new procedures that parents have to unnecessarily waste time booking in every kidsfit class where they are clearly enrolled for the term. My kids are enrolled in many activities but never we have to book in. Once they are enrolled they attend classes on the required day.Second, even after paying with the active vouchers they keep debiting my account and every time i am told it will be sorted but going on for weeks now. They lack proper accounting of vouchers and fail to provide receipt.I am beyond disappointed with them !!!Just do your self a favour and look elsewhere for kids gym activities.

One of the biggest scammers that i saw in my life. On first day, i told them due to some medical conditions i would like to take a trail for gym for few weeks. Without my knowledge, they put on 12 month contract. When i went to cancel my membership, they told me to pay 70% of rest of money. I emailed them firstly samantha replied and wrote down same thing which i already talk. Afterwards i reply them, there is no answer. I’m still waiting till next week, then i will go to complain a file against them of fraud and used my signature unauthorised way.I’ll never recommend anyone to use this gym.

Amazing gym. Staff are really friendly, & it is always super clean. The group classes are fun and challenging!

Beautiful gym, clean and not overcrowded. Great extra facilities like a sauna.My only gripe is that I joined because they offered free creche in the mornings, only for them to cancel it about a month after I started attending. It didn't bother me too much as I'm using fitness passport so I can go somewhere else if I need childcare, but deceptive just the same as I did their 2 day trial before joining and they promoted it heavily.

Absolutely fantastic gym good customer service recommended for everyone. Been training there from last almost 3 years. Alwys been as family member. I would recommend one and only in that gym to see for membership. SAMANTHA.
