They assisted us in developing our residential investment property in the South-East of Melbourne, from site selection through to the completion of construction. In terms of site selection, they assisted us in finding a prime piece of real estate close to essential services whilst also maintaining a sense of privacy and seclusion within the street. They developed a beautiful minimalist designed property for us helping greatly increase the value of property as it greatly appealed to the demographics of the area. Their Construction team, especially construction manager Mark was extremely helpful, friendly and accessible during the build process and helped deliver a top quality build. I heard of Strength Group through a forum in which they were highly recommended for their “attention to detail”.I was looking for a group that could help in designing and renovating a 50s weatherboard house. Hi All,We engaged with Strength Group based on a referral from a local architect (Mt Waverley) back in February 2018.From initial engagement through to completion, the Strength Group team, led by Adithya (Ads) Kuthalam (architect) and Mark Rapa (builder) was exceptional - agile, flexible, attentive and thorough.We had a number of iterations on our vision on what we wanted our home (90% renovation/extension of an existing home) - which Ads was happy to work with us and make some key suggestions regarding design, look and feel.We felt that having the architect and builder (business partners) working closely together - and not separate entities - was fantastic as there was constant communication between the two at every stage of the build.Mark was also involved with the design of the house - which we very much appreciated.The tradies that work for Strength Group were very reliable, friendly and helpful - even allowed our kids to get (safely) involved and were happy to answer their 405 questions every day! ;-).Upon completion (just a month ahead of schedule), the final walk-through was thorough and the few minor things that needed attention once we'd moved in - the team came out and fixed/updated them with no issues at all.We still get the occasional email/call from Ads to check-in that all is ok - which gives that personal touch that you generally don't get from other builders.I'd highly recommend working with Strength Group - they take pride in their work - which will reflect in the finish and feel of the home they will build for you.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Strength Group. For our 'Knock Down/Rebuild' subdivision project, Aditya did a great job in designing our two townhouses, accommodating the easements on the block to maximise living space and natural light. We had no trouble getting the design approved by council, and we now have a comfortable family home. He was always willing to provide advice and incorporate any required changes.

Strength Group helped to re-design and re-build our fire damaged house. We found the team to be genuine, knowledgeable and forthcoming. They provided insightful ideas, kept us informed and involved, attended to matters promptly and have a great network of tradies and suppliers.Thank you to the entire team.
