I love living at south city square. The apartments are beautifully appointed and the facilities are second to none. With cafes at the base of the buildings, as well art space pop ups and a barber, everything is at my fingertips. I love entertaining on the rooftop or taking a dip in the pool while enjoying the stunning view.The property management team on site are a standout. The staff go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They are always courteous, professional and work hard to resolve any issues I have as soon as possible. They are one of the defining factors in why I enjoy living at south city square.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTIf you have been issued a parking notice at South City SQ by Care Park PTY LTD please note they are in breach of Australia Consumer Law. They have not displayed terms and conditions at EVERY entrance of the car park and therefor are unable to enforce payment notices. Only 2 of 3 entrances have terms and conditions listed.

The company I own just completed pressure cleaning and applying protective coatings to various hard surfaces including natural stone anti-graffiti coating’s to the graffiti art.Very modern, vibrant place Beautiful city skyline views.

This is a great little centre. We have so far been two two resturants, a cocktail, Gin bar, the super market and the pharmacy here. All are super fresh and just awesome.Ample car parking, and big enclosed ares for the kids to run around safely in between dining and shopping.Nothing reall can beat a sneaky cocktail before the food shopping with the kids.All this prestinc is missing is a Saphora

No places open at 10am for sit down morning tea..does not have indoor seating to wait for any places that might open for morning tea. Expected more for advertised dining options. Bad reception too. Disappointed and unpleasant in winter cold weather

We really recommend living at South City Square!!! South City Square Property Management have been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning.South City Square Property Management helped us settle into life in Brisbane after our move here from overseas. Moving in was quick and efficient, everything was explained fully and the staff could not have done more to help us. Any repairs throughout our tenancy were dealt with very promptly and our bond returned quickly and in full at the end of our first tenancy.At our request, South City Square Property Management then helped us to find a bigger apartment within the complex. They were more than happy to show us multiple apartments and guide us through the process of moving again.The facilities are fantastic, the rooftop pools are lovely and are never too busy. There is a communal BBQ area and shops/ takeaways/ restaurants nearby. The bus stop is right in front of the complex and the buses into the city at least every ten minutes. It’s such a great place to live, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else now!Thanks so much to the team at South City Square Property Management – Allie, Eloise and Darren – you guys are fantastic!

Red flags with parking and tenancy management. A shame because the bars and restaurants have a lot of potential!

No mobile reception in the underground carpark. Unable to connect calls to emergency services from most areas of the carpark. This is a serious issue.An ongoing issue also affecting GET Electric who operate EV chargers in the carpark entrance. No resolution reported.

The Centre has 2 parking companies managing the parking. If you need toilets in emergency with child and stay extra than 30 minutes and park on street level, toilet visit will cost you $88!And also seems that the inspector doesn't come every night, so its like Luck of draw.Be wary of your time using Deshon Street level car parking.However parking number 2 aka underground is a maze! Underground is managed by another company.Signs are very unclear and yes you can get lost. Its not going in any logical sense, ramp down is super tight, very claustrophobic. Only good side is Woolies on the same level.My advice follow sign that says direct to boot" cause thats only way I remember how to get to Woolies. Otherwise good luck."

We have lived at New Deshon for a year now and it is such a beautiful place. We love the amenities, the cleanliness and the location. The view is awesome, even on a grey and rainy day. We are also very impressed with the property managers - especially Elouise and Allie - who go out of their way to make things easy for us. No matter what the question or the issue we have always been treated with respect. Thanks so much for your professionalism. Looking forward to to the next year!
