GT Solar WA (Perth)

Happy with the system and its performance but the install was very different to what we were told when signing up. We were assured only GT Solar employees are used for installation but we had two sub contractors perform the install who are not employees of GT Solar. The install they did was not as shown in GT Solars booklet, which stated installations with gaps between tiles was an “average job” and not what GT Solar do. The sub contractors had to come back, remove all the solar panels and grind the tiles so the install matched what we were sold. We were also advised if we have problems in the future, the same sub contractors and not GT Solar staff would have to come back as legally, because they signed off on the install they had to action any repairs.

Thank you for making this a pleasant experience , from the sales call to the installation. The GT Solar team has been professional and polite. Most of all, you have made us feel assured that we chose the right company to install our panels. We await the feedback from the government on our rebates, but until then, thank you again for a job well done.

Heres the thing, I didn't buy solar through them. Today I had a discussion over the phone. What I got was an honest, truthful appraisal of what to expect and how much gain I would get (Google maps). At the end of discussion it looked like it would not be viable in my situation. There was no high pressure sales or anything just honest facts. So in summary if I could get solar panels or needed solar panels I would definitely buy through these people, because they were truthful and up front right from the word go. A very refreshing approach to experience. I would thoroughly recommend GT solar even though I didn't buy anything.Regards Andrew

We had solar installed this week, and it thrills my family and me with the way I guided us through the process. The installation team once again took time to explain what they would do and left the place clean. I would recommend GT Solar to anyone who wants to have solar installed.
