Online ordering was easy and our order was a bargain. The order arrived quickly. The young delivery man was polite and friendly. The pizzas were delicious and enjoyed. The potato gems could have been cooked a little longer, until they were crispy. We're all happy. Thanks

Great staff, pizza was fresh and tasty . we enjoyed every bite, expecially the dessert, recommended by the young guy working there. But it was extremely hot. They could definitely put another air con in there.

Sadly on 23/05/2022 I have to update thisThe last 3 ordersFrom this store have been horrible and had to be replaced , found plastic in my food last order and now tonight the pizzas had to replaced to due to toppings being like Slop and all through the Box , and just about had to beg to have it re done after spending over $60 on food for my family I am bitterly dissapointed and will not be returning as a customer after many great meals it saddens me that it has come to this . ! Upset customer !I am a local rosewood resident ! I disagree with the below reviews , since moving here the staff have been super helpful , the food is always served and delivered hot and fresh , the drinks cold and the service even better ! Have put some cool requests in to draw things on the box for me or play music on delivery and they have always gone aboveAnd beyond and made the entire experience awesome !! I continually compliment the drivers upon delivery and wanted to publicly thank the entire business for your efforts !! Thank you and will continue to return and order through you !!Thank you and keep up the great work !!

We order pizza every Tuesday for 6.30 pm - tonight my husband was running late and said he wouldn’t get there until 7 pm - we were on the phone from 6 pm trying to advise the store that we wanted the order 30 mins later.NO ONE ANSWERS ! Extremely frustrating - need to do something about the communication with the store . We have been extremely loyal customers since Pizza Hut bought out Eagle Boys .PS - this week no stuffed crust pizza- last week no thin bases .Mm- get the act together please - historical data is available and your quantities should be adjusted .

Having to resubmit this review. It used to be a 5 star rating. The app dropped in the wrong address for delivery. We could not get through to the store to cancel it and repeatedly left messages with the store that night and next day. But we were never contacted. Straight up loss of $40. Avoid this store. Use another one

5 years ago this was a 4 star review. Now it's one only because I can't go lower. This is now the third time we have ordered hours before delivery time. They now don't even start making the pizza until past the delivery time. Simy not acceptable. Nor do they care as seen by the canned responses to both the feedback and phone calls.

Pizza hut is the local Pizza place in Rosewood. Nowhere else to go but still, nice a tasty. It's just like any other pizza hut. Can call for pickup or delivery. Or order online

Absolutely horrendous time management. Ordered at 5:50pm for pick up, was told it would be 20 minutes. The pizza was still not ready after 6:40pm...EDIT... It seems this place is in the business of wasting peoples time. I ordered earlier this evening for 2 large pizzas waiting till the tracker was almost finished went to the shop on the way and while in the shop the tracker said it was finished. Upon arriving at the store I was notified they haven't even started making the pizza's yet as they had ran out of cheese... seriously? A phone call would have been courteous but what I find most ridiculous is that the tracker said it was cooked. This means either the pizza hut tracker app is simply a timer and should be ignored completely or that the staff here mark orders as complete to give the illusion they are working. Complete waste of time. Would give zero or negative stars if possible.
