There’s only one male Taiwan staff who was very unprofessional. He pushed my head a few times and when he combed my hair, he pulled my tangled hair with his comb many times. No smile, grumpy face. I will never go back there if I see his face again.

Very rude no customer service. They keep forgetting the business is running because of the customer's. You need to change your attitudeand appreciate your customers. Stop your rudeness.

Extremely rude service.Never in my life had met this kind of unprofessional staff.Really angry with this haircut.Not even worth even 1 cent.Do not go if you can avoid.

We always go there for hair cut didn't have much trouble. But yesterday my husband and my two kids had hair cut. The lady who was on yesterday am 5/10/20 was in a rush. She accidentally gave a small cut on my daughter's neck but didn't tell me and I found it at home. My husband's hair was messy in the front which only can be seen when it's dry. She was very inpatient and rude just wanted next customer to come. Never go to her again.

Very poor training. The trainee girl has no proper skill. She had done very worst hair cut of my son. Very disappointing behaviour as well. When, I tell her about this she got angry and speak loudly with me.Please go some where else.

They charge $10 for a hair cut. Reading through the comments people expected hair dresser standard? The hair cut is ok for $10. Sometimes they take a break at the worst time when the shop is full. It is not full all the time. They should be flexible and take a break when the queue is low.

It’s a very bad experience! A lady who looks like a boy cut my child hair. She is very inpatient and very unfriendly. My child went to this shop many times and has always been served very well by other hair dressers. If you are genuinely hate kid, don’t show the inpatient face too obvious. It makes people feel really uncomfortable. I will never go to this shop again.
