The staff and teachers are friendly. No complaints about the service. It is just very poorly structured. Far too many classes crammed into the pool and it’s so loud, busy and chaotic. You can barley hear the teachers while in the pool with bubs let alone If you’re sitting on the side watching your child’s class.We trialed another local swim school and it was a much nicer environment. The pool wasn’t divided into 9+ other classes at the same time. It was quiet, calm and a much better experience.

Worst service and getting commercial day by day they allowed 5 people for 1 trainee not at all acceptable. Managers look after pool are aswell so rude . If you wanna waste money then join here

An amazing swim school with the best staff - really engaging! Both my children attend Paul Sadler and it's something that they both look forward to every week , even its bit early for them but they love to come to their swimming . all staff very friendly and helpful . Their app is easy to assess and so easy to make bookings for make up lessons . Special thanks to Jamie , Sova and Felicity for their awsome work with my children .

Great staff, great focus on kids. Our kids have made amazing progress with their swimming. They focus heavily on reinforcing a good experience with kids and celebrate milestones and achievements making our kids experience fantastic. We rarely have to encourage our kids to go to lessons.

We are in the waitlist for more than 6 months. And they do not reveal the waitlist nos or approx when we can get a slot. Or flexibility to change slots to get on the queue. Poor operations and front desk staffs without clarity.
