Ladies were awesome, all dogs look liked they were havn a great time, big place thats clean and has plenty of toys, I took Arnold for a haircut, he was happy and looked fab after, will go back

Absolutely appalling experience today. To top it off, this experience came after I moved my life around to come in early and accomodate this business after they experienced a cancellation. I left my doggo here and was feeling a bit uneasy about leaving him. He gets a bit nervous around new dogs and I was assuming the grooming part would be private to the day care. There were 2 other dogs in that section with mine. I explained that I was hoping to stick around to give him some comfort. The groomer said it was against policy and angrily took off his collar and lead and shoved it back to me. I explained that it was okay if that was the policy as Vinnie was super overdue (due to his groomer of 9 years retiring) and needed to be done regardless of whether I could stay. She refused my service 3 times and was extremely rude about it, until I forced her to take him back. She then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the service in cash upon pickup. Disgusting. The initial customer service also lacked as they didn’t return my calls after assuring me they would. I’ll never take my dog back here.Edit: What the owner has responded about trying to rip them off $5" is completely false. I was asked by staff on arrival what price I was quoted for the groom. I said that my phone was in the car and that I could run out and check

Fabulous day care, my pup has a wonderful day playing with her friends, while I get time to do things for myself knowing she is well cared for. Wonderful caring staff.

They take great care of my dogs! Only taken them for a wash but they are always beautiful clean and smell great! Fairly priced too! Offer good advice!

Customer service is not good. I dropped my dog off for a groom while I ran errands. I asked what time I should aim to pick him up and was told he should be ready by 12 and they would call. At 11.20 I was heading to bunnings nearby so I called for an update incase he was ready, No pressure, I was driving by that was all, the person answering the phone had to ask the groomer if he was done. I overheard a very rude lady loudly and aggressively bark I told him after 12" The lady on the phone was translated the rude message to a nicer "He'll be ready by about 12

my dog was left bald and boneless. I don't recommend this place at all. Giggles is very unsatisfied.

We drop our boys off for a day at Boo Boos when we need them out of the house. They always come home exhausted after a fun filled day. The staff are friendly and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Boo Boos.
