I have been using Kemppi in my fabrication shop for over 10 years and would of spent over $30,000,00 in machines they have done me well not till my last purchase!!!!Purchased a brand new mls 3003 for $9500,00 nothing but problems getting a problem solved with kemppi Australia is next to impossible. So be very careful when purchasing a kemppi machine they are great but if you have a problem you might as well throw it out you won’t have help terrible customer service!!!!!Last kemppi I’ll be purchasing I’ll be on selling all my kemppi machines and changing to an other brand that will give me the service I need

I have a Kemppi x8 machine . The controller on the torch has been faulty since day one .I have been promised a replacement , but it never came.I have asked for a refund also and will not .I have given up with Kemppi, I have lost all faith in their machines and back up support .A very sad day when I have to get on google reviews to vent my frustrations
