Got my wife’s wedding dress and my suit cleaned by them for good value and they both look great. Completed the dry cleaning in a timely manner and were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here.

Very friendly staff! I had my Wedding dress dry cleaned here, I found the pricing fair and I was impressed with the effort put in. My dress was filthy at the bottom, and they washed it multiple times to remove as much as possible and I was able to check after each time until I was happy with the outcome. That to me went above and beyond what I have experienced at past dry cleaners.

All staff are prompt and helpful. I am very happy and impressed with Lalit's expertise and care in handling/examining my daughter's wedding dress, layer by layer, prior to being cleaned. The result is recommendable! Thank you.This will be my primary dry cleaning service is the future.

An excellent serivce. Lindus at Hornsby cleaned my wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress and did a terrific job. Both dresses look as good as the day I purchased them. The staff were also very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I took three jackets of mine to them. The cashier asked me to pay $45 in advance!! Reading the past reviews, I knew they messed with some customers ruining their jacket so I asked to pay after the service to make sure all is ok! I believe this is a very legitimate expectation; just a common customer care practice. But the guy said if I pay on delivery (which was just a day after) l, then I have to pay $3 more!!!! When I asked why’s that, the guy went crazy making terrible excuses that this is the system setup that he cannot do anything about it. Obviously, he was lying! The guy had rude and nervous tone and behaviour…A total nonsense. I didn’t get their services and I won’t ever go there and won’t recommend them.

In the past their service has been satisfactory. However, more recently, I was disappointed with the service standards and the quality. I don't think I will be back again.

Will never go back to Lindus dry cleaners! I was a regular customer until they ruined my new black coat that had never been washed before and they refused to compensate me for it.I even showed them my sister’s coat which was the exact same style as mine to compare it, and they agreed that after they dry cleaned it, the colour faded and the material changed.I even told them that if they had warned me about the potential change in my coat’s quality after their dryclean, I wouldn’t have given it to them in the first place especially because it just looked so different.On top of that, I had to call them 6 times and visit them 3 times for the manager to get back to me.However, they didn’t care and instead, I felt so uncomfortable going to them for the third time as I could tell that the employees were talking about me. Just so unprofessional and upsetting.I even tried to get compensation from them with Fair trading but they just ignored all the calls and emails that Fair trading had sent them. So yes, just very disappointing that they could ruin someone’s property and not even make up for it, especially since they’ve been in business for a long time.So don’t go here. There are other dry cleaners who are much nicer and cheaper, and won’t waste your money and effort like they did to me.

The staff at Lindus have been very helpful and accommodating. I had my wedding dressing dry cleaned and noticed a small mark still present after my first viewing. They happily did another clean where they were able to remove the mark and the rest of my dress looks completely clean otherwise. Thanks for your great service!

Great service and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Our new cat had an accident and we had to dry-clean the woollen mattress topper. It was cleaned beautifully, stains and odour eliminated completely.
