Broke down on Xmas Day and had my car towed home. My usual mechanic wasn’t open until 3 Jan. Gave Jason a call on the off chance I might of been able to get my car fixed before then. Even though Jason was on holidays, he went out his way and came to my place and installed a new alternator.I found Jason to be a straight shooter, no BS, honest and he went above and beyond to help me out of a difficult situation. I will be taking my cars to him in the future.

I had an emergency situation with my car and needed to get it towed Monday morning.. I needed a mechanic at the last minute, and they said said straight away after explaining. They kept me updated and explained the issue ordered thr parts my car was ready in 2 days.. my is running great! Thank You

Best service ever! Went to see the team in a blind panic this morning ( I know nothing about cars). Jason was so professional, straight talking and easy to deal with. Fixed my issue quickly ( it was minor). Perfect. Car is humming. Highly recommend Startamotive for friendly and informative service. Couldn't have asked for better.Will definatey be returning.

Nicest Mechanic I've ever met. Rob is a champion bloke and I'm nominating him for best bloke in Sunbury 2023. I had to open my driver's side car door from the outside when I was inside as the indoor lever broke. I saw him yesterday & he said bring it in tomorrow being today. In less than 1 hour he swapped it over with one from the back to help me out, no charge. NO CHARGE! He's going to order a replacement and sort it out next week. Legendary customer service.
